将粘接好的3组试验样板(见图3)按照表2所示的老化条件进行老化。每一老化步骤完成后分别对每一胶条进行剥离,每一步骤剥离总胶条长度的1/5,剥离形貌如图4所示。从整体剥离形貌可见,N4丁基防水嵌缝胶试样(表面仅进行清洁处理)胶条粘接性一般,这是因为丁基防水嵌缝胶本身极性较大,在对本身极性较小的基材进行粘接时,往往会出现粘接不牢的现象。当对不锈钢基材表面进行活化+底涂处理(N5}或打磨+活化+底涂(N6)后,粘接效果明显改善,这是因为底涂剂(环氧型底涂剂)分子中存在活泼氢,底涂与单组分丁基防水嵌缝胶之间可以发生反应形成化学键从而改善单组分丁基防水嵌缝胶与不锈钢之间的粘接效果。
具体到每一步老化试验结果,当施胶固化7d后进行第一步胶条剥离试验,考察单组分丁基防水嵌缝胶与304不锈钢在常温常压下的粘接效果,可见,表面仅进行清洁处理的N4丁基防水嵌缝胶试样,胶条破坏形式为95 %附破坏(95% AF),见图4(a),胶条粘接效果较差;当施胶前对基材表面进行底涂处理或打磨后再进行底涂处理时,胶条粘接效果明显改善,胶条破坏形式为95%内聚破坏(95% CF),见图4(b)和图4(c)。
常温水浸泡试验对丁基防水嵌缝胶试样胶条剥离试验结果影响不大。80℃高温老化7d+标准条件(23℃,50%湿度)放置2h后,N4丁基防水嵌缝胶试样胶条粘接效果明显提升,见图4(a)一试验3。在研究中也获得相似的结论,这可能与胶条在高温条件下发生后固化反应有关。NS和N6丁基防水嵌缝胶试样在上述两组老化试验后胶条剥离形貌未发生明显变化,依然为95% CF,见图4(b)和(c)。需要重点关注的是,N4丁基防水嵌缝胶试样在高温高湿(70℃,100%湿度)试验7d后,胶条剥离破坏形式发生明显变化,见图4(a)一试验5,剥离过程中胶条全部沿界面脱落,不再具有强有力的粘接效果,这是由于高温加速了丁基防水嵌缝胶在高湿环境下的水解从而降低了茹合强度。而NS和N6丁基防水嵌缝胶试样在高温高湿老化试验后剥离破坏形式依然为内聚破坏,见图4b)一试验5和4(c)一试验。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
