制样:在样板端部位置缠绕1圈纸基胶带，然后均匀涂打5个胶条，涂打宽度10一15 mm，高度5一10mm，长度80 mm以上，测试长度50 mm以上，如图1(a)所示。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂打的截面形状要求为半圆形或三角形，涂打后使用刮刀压胶，要求硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的测试高度为(5士) mm，如图1(b)所示。

固化:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样在标准条件下固化7 d。

拉伸剪切试件制备工艺如下(制样环境、试件表面处理工艺及固化方式同胶条剥离试件):

(1)制样:将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂打在样板(尺寸:100 mm x25 mm x 2 mm)上，涂胶长度为12. 5 mm，粘接另一试片并挤压至厚度12 mm，拉伸剪切硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样见图2。

测试与表征

DVS 1618附件3胶茹与粘接接头的试验(剥离试验)。测试条件如表2所示，粘接好的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样共进行5步胶条剥离试验，记录每一步试验后的剥离形貌。

DVS 1618胶条剥离试验。使用壁纸刀沿胶条约45“斜坡方向切至基材表面，同时使用尖嘴钳子夹紧胶条(剥离角度130一1600)剥离或卷起剥离。持续提高剥离力，直至出现扩展裂纹，如果胶条出现断裂，重新切割胶条。破坏过程中，除粘接表面外，胶条应被横向切割5一10 mm，在每个切口之间持续大约3s，同时继续给胶条施加载荷。测试后分别对样件的破坏形式进行评价，破坏形式分为3种:CF一内聚破坏;AF-茹附破坏;MB一基材破坏。测试结果记录为“百分比+破坏形式”，如“95% CF" ,表示剥离后，超过95%的面积为硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶内聚破坏。

拉伸剪切试验。每组表面处理条件制备5个样件，然后将制备好的拉剪硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样在拉力试验机上以(18士2) mm/min的拉伸速度进行测试。测试后分别对样件的破坏形式进行评价(同剥离试验)，同时记录硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样拉断时的最大载荷F，单位为N。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
