       中空玻璃的边缘硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶系统的主要功能是防止水汽进人并将两片或多片玻璃结构性粘结起来。这可以通过两道边缘硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶系统取得最好的效果,在该系统里,第一道聚异丁烯基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶提供水汽阻碍功能,而第二道弹性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶确保中空玻璃在所有相应荷载下的结构整体性,比如在制造、运输、安装和使用状态下的结构整体性。中空玻璃的正常使用寿命和性能是受通过第一道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶有效横截面的水汽和空气扩散影响。大多数过早失效的中空玻璃也是由于第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性丧失而引起的。长期保持第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结是比较困难的,由动静载荷组合作用和环境物理化学因素引起的胶老化所导致的粘结逐渐损耗;第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结能力的大量丧失导致水渗透到裂缝里,结果使水与丁基胶直接接触。这些现象直接地或间接地导致粘结力的丧失和过多的结露产生。

       能够引起第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘结力丧失的环境因素包括:温度过高或过冷、高湿或直接与水接触、氧化剂的化学和物理侵蚀、直接受紫外线辐射以及与其他硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料(装配系统)在化学方面和物理方面不相容等等,这些因素单独地或共同地起作用。丁基胶只有在第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶保持其施加连续压力的条件下,才能保持它的弹性和粘结性能。如果中空玻璃在使用期间第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与水接触,第二道硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶则吸水产生胶体膨胀,胶体膨胀减少了施加于丁基胶的压力,使胶与玻璃的粘结力逐渐失掉,并改变了丁基胶阻隔水汽的主要功能,结果导致水凝结在玻璃表面,造成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶失效。因此,提高中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶寿命,主要是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在使用过程中要尽量减少恶劣环境因素的影响,日常使用中适当加以保护或安装防护设施;在安装设计中空玻璃时,玻璃镶嵌槽应足够高以充分保护中空玻璃边部硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶免遭紫外线破坏和为玻璃槽排水流畅提供足够的间隙,要考虑玻璃和窗框的尺寸误差等。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
