       当MS密封胶试样经旋转载度计法测试后,材料呈现未固化状态,因此需要停放一段时间,测试停放过程中MS密封胶试样的粘接强度,以此分析每组MS密封胶试样的粘接能力,测试结果如图2所示。

       由图2可知,随着MS密封胶试样停放时间的延长,MS密封胶试样逐渐固化,使其粘接强度逐渐增高,当停放时间在6h以内时,每组MS密封胶试样的粘接强度变化并不明显,而当停放时间在6h以上时,每组MS密封胶试样的粘接强度呈上升状态,其中,M3 ,M4组MS密封胶试样粘接强度上升幅度较大,说明这两组MS密封胶试样的粘接能力相对较高,而当停放时间达到24 h时,M4组MS密封胶试样的粘接强度达到1. 8 MPa左右,在4组中保持最高状态,说明M4组试验粘接效果好。

拉伸粘接强度分析

       分析每组MS密封胶试样在拉伸过程中的拉伸粘接强度变化,测试结果如图3所示。

       由图3可知,在MS密封胶试样拉伸过程中,每组MS密封胶试样的拉伸粘接强度会在拉伸初期呈小幅度上升,随着拉伸时间延长,每组MS密封胶试样的拉伸粘接强度则会迅速下降。在4组MS密封胶试样中,M1,M2,M3组MS密封胶试样的拉伸粘接强度始终低于M4组,而M4组MS密封胶试样拉伸粘接强度最高达到4. 5 MPa左右,因此,在进行拉伸测试时,M4组MS密封胶试样的粘接能力最强。http://www.sdyuantai.com
