按照GB/T 531-92测试标准对丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样进行测试,测试每组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样的表干时间与固化速度。将丁基防水嵌缝密封胶挤压为柱状形态,并与混凝土进行粘接。
按照GB/T 2794-1995标准对丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样进行测试。通过旋转载度计法,将待测丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样加热至预定温度,之后保持恒温,按照丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样测试需求选取合适的转子与转速,之后启动转子,等待读数恒定,以此获取的数据即为丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样载度。
粘接性能测试
将一块尺寸为150 mm x 25 mm的混凝土板表面涂抹2 mm厚度的丁基防水嵌缝密封胶丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样,之后将溶剂处理后的铁丝网嵌人胶体内,等待丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样固化。丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样固化后,将其按照图2方式放置在万能拉力试验机上,设置拉伸速度为100 mm/min,记录拉伸过程中的丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样胜能变化。其中,剥离强度按照GB/T 2790-1995标准测试,拉伸模量、粘接强度、最大拉力延伸率按照GB 14683-2017标准测试。
丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样浸水老化测试
将每组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样分别放置在50 ,70和90℃环境下进行浸水人工老化加速试验。将标准养护完成的丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样分别放置在装满去离子水的容器中,密封后将容器存放于不同温度环境,进行不同时间的老化处理。并在老化试验完成后取出测试丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样的粘接性能。
测试每组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样的表干时间及固化速度,分析不同封端比例促进剂增强后的丁基防水嵌缝丁基防水嵌缝密封胶基础胜能,测试结果如图1所示。
由图1可知,在4组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样中,M1组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样的表干时间与固化速度最大,说明该组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样需要较长的时间才能成为固体状态。其中,M2,M3,M4组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样所需表干时间均要低于M1组,且固化速度也要低于M1组,同时,M4组的表干时间、固化速度最小,该组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样基础性能在4组丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样中相对较高。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
