上海市虹桥枢纽(北段)嘉闺高架桥梁的防撞墙聚氨酯伸缩缝普遍存在材料老化、脱落等病害。针对此类设施缺陷,通过现场实验,浅析双组份聚氨酯密封胶材料进行防撞墙伸缩缝维修的可行性,并实践该材料在嘉闺高架防撞墙伸缩缝专项工程的具体应用,根据该材料的主要特点以及施工技术要点,提出了一套详细施工管理流程。
在高架日常养护中,防撞墙聚氨酯伸缩缝的损坏是普遍存在的情况,既影响桥下交通运行的安全通畅,甚至可能产生高坠隐患造成安全事故;又对桥梁结构的耐久性产生危害。因此,采用何种修复材料以及如何经济高效地维修防撞墙伸缩缝有待研究。本文将针对以上问题进行分析,并针对主要维修材料的特点以及施工技术要点提出一套详细的施工管理流程,希望能为类似维修工程提供借鉴。
2017年1月14日在上海市虹桥枢纽(北段)嘉阂高架主线的嘉D277(右侧缝宽13 cm)、嘉阂高架博恒路上匝道的博DS005(左侧缝宽2X5 cm)进行现场实验,共试做3条防撞墙伸缩缝。
实验目的:确定“双组份聚氨酯密封胶”嵌缝材料,防撞墙伸缩缝施工的可操作性。
实验初步结论:“双组份聚氨酯密封胶”防撞墙封缝施工工序,总体与“聚氨酯伸缩缝”类似,较为简便;现场成型的3条“双组份聚氨酯密封胶”防撞墙伸缩缝,表观良好无色差,封缝表面平顺无高差,密封胶与两侧防撞墙伸缩缝结合良好。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
