1.1材料准备

       为分析建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶混凝土的粘接性,制备硅烷封端改性聚氨醋(SPU)建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料,并通过促进剂对该材料性能进行增强,在材料制备过程中,主要需要以下原料。

       主要试验材料:聚环氧丙烷二元醇(工业级),聚环氧丙烷三元醇(工业级),邻苯二甲酸二辛醋(工业级),改性碳酸钙(工业级),气相二氧化硅(工业级),炭黑(工业级),4 ,4‘一二苯基甲烷二异氰酸醋( MDI )(工业级),无水乙醇(分析纯),二月桂酸二丁基锡(化学纯),氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(高纯级),丫缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH56田(高纯级),原甲酸三甲醋(高纯级)。

1. 2试验材料制备

1. 2.1  SPU树脂制备

       通过聚环氧丙烷二元醇、聚环氧丙烷三元醇、MDI ,二月桂酸二丁基锡以及氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷制成SPU树脂材料,将其放置在铝瓶内待后续使用。

1. 2. 2粘接促进剂制备

       称量650 g聚环氧丙烷二元醇,将其放人烧瓶中,并进行4h脱水,之后将其回压至65℃,并恒温30 min,之后依次添加MDI、二月桂酸二丁基锡,并添加无水乙醇封端,在65℃环境下反应2h,保存材料后续使用。在添加无水乙醇时,制备了不同封端比例的促进剂,含量分别为0% ,30% ,60%以及100%。

1. 2. 3促进剂增强SPU建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶制备

       通过SPU树脂、改性碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸二辛醋、气相SiOZ、炭黑、促进剂KH560、原甲酸三甲醋、二月桂酸二丁基锡,制成不同封端比例促进剂增强后的SPU建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,将其放人复合铝膜内待后续使用。

1. 2. 4试样制备

       将制备得到的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料依次填充至聚四氟乙烯模型中,并通过刮刀刮平。在标准试验环境下放置48d进行养护,养护完成后,将其粘接至混凝土材料上,制成促进剂封端比例分别为0% ,30% ,60% ,100%的SPU建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶M1,M2,M3,M4组试样。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
