国家第三方权威机构对国内中空玻璃用聚氨酯密封胶的检测情况2018年国家玻璃检测中心收到来自不同地区玻璃深加工企业2个聚氨酯密封胶样品,编号分别为1#} 2#,按照GB/T 29755-2013 }进行了检测检测结果见表1。从表1可以看出,1#, 2#样品标况下的拉伸粘结性、水一紫外线处理后拉伸粘结性、热空气老化后拉伸粘结性、定伸粘结性、弹性恢复率等主要力学性能指标均不能满足GB/T 29755标准要求,即样品的粘结性能差、弹性恢复率差,用于中空玻璃后易造成玻璃脱粘、开裂,导致中空玻璃出现漏气、漏水等提前失效现象。
国内某企业CANS实验室对国内中空玻璃用 聚氨酯密封胶的检测情况国内某企业CANS实验室对来自不同地区玻璃深加工企业5个聚氨酯密封胶样品编号为3#-7#,按照GB/T 29755-2013进行了检测,检测结果见表2从表2可以看出,①3#, 5#, 6#, 7#样品标况下的拉伸粘结性、水一紫外线处理后拉伸粘结性、热空气老化后拉伸粘结性、定伸粘结性、弹性恢复率等主要力学性能指标均不能满足GB/T 29755标准要求;② 4样品标况下的拉伸粘结性、定伸粘结性、弹性恢复率能满足GB/T 29755标准要求,但经过水一紫外加速老化和热空气加速老化后,其力学性能下降较快,与基材的脱粘严重,无法保证中空玻璃的使用寿命。
从国家第三方权威机构及中原思蓝德公司CANS实验室对国内中空玻璃用聚氨酯密封胶的检测结果来看,目前国内中空玻璃用聚氨酯密封胶的性能指标不能完全满足GB/T 2975标准要求;用于中空玻璃后易造成玻璃脱粘、开裂,导致中空玻璃出现漏气、漏水等提前失效现象,故暂不建议用于中空玻璃的密封。www.sdyuantai.com
