       依据GB/T 29755-2013《中空玻璃用弹性密封胶》的主要测试项目,对国内某知名硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶厂家生产的中空玻璃用聚硫密封胶和市场上5个主要的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能进行对比分析;通过对比测试数据可知,作为中空玻璃的第二道密封胶,聚硫密封胶比硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有优势,能更持久地保证中空玻璃的密封寿命。

       中空玻璃自上世纪八十年代引人我国,以其优异的隔热、隔音、防霜雾等特点在我国建筑、交通、制冷等行业得到广泛应用。同时,随着建筑标准的逐步提高以及被动式建筑的推广应用,对中空玻璃密封寿命的要求也逐步提高。然而,中空玻璃为人们提供的密封寿命的性能不应当仅是一个短期、静态的行为,而应是一种长期的和动态的概念川。如果中空玻璃密封过早失效,不仅不能保证中空玻璃的有效使用,反而会造成能源更多的浪费,尤其是配置很高的中空玻璃产品;保证中空玻璃的密封寿命,使其长时间发挥密封作用,是材料生产商和玻璃生产企业及广大使用者所关心关注的问题。

       GB 50096-2011《住宅设计规范》标准中要求“建筑物的寿命应不少于50年”。门窗幕墙作为建筑的重要组成部分,其使用的中空玻璃的使用寿命已经引起业内人士的关注,在GB/T11944-2012《中空玻璃》的附录A中明确提到,中空玻璃的预期使用寿命至少应为巧年。但目前国内中空玻璃的整体密封使用寿命还较低,一般生产企业10年的质保都不敢承诺,所以,我们离标准要求和建筑使用要求还有较大的差距。经过大量实验论证,中空玻璃的寿命与中空玻璃的制作工艺以及中空玻璃所涉及到各种材料的质量均有关系;同时,可能也会受安装状况、使用环境的影响等。聚硫密封胶,作为中空玻璃的外道密封胶,因其分子链是饱和的,且在主链结构中含有S一S键的原因,决定了它具有低水气透过率、低气体泄漏率以及施工条件宽裕的特点,现已成为高端中空玻璃制品外道密封的首选材料。考虑制备中空玻璃单元在其他条件一致的情况下,中空玻璃的使用寿命仅与外道密封胶的质量有关。文中依据GB/T 29755-2013《中空玻璃用弹性密封胶》川的主要项目对中空玻璃用外道密封胶的性能进行测试,并通过对比分析中空玻璃用聚硫密封胶与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶老化后力学性能的衰减率来考察两类密封胶的稳定性,从而预测中空玻璃的密封寿命,以帮助施工方正确合理的选择外道密封胶方面提供相关技术参考。www.sdyuantai.com
