    B组试验放置7d和21后,防寒材组件h中主要释放物质变为了甲苯、乙酸乙醋和4一甲基一4-轻基一2一戊酮,其中乙酸乙醋只来源于防寒材b,而4一甲基一4-轻基一2一戊酮则只来源于MS密封胶b,随着放置时间的延长,乙酸乙醋在防寒材组件b中的占比逐渐增加,而4一甲基一4-轻基一2一戊酮的占比则逐渐降低,说明防寒材组件b中的MS密封胶b释放较快,后期是聚氨酯密封胶b与防寒材b共同对防寒材组件b中的VOC产生影响。

    综上述所,随着放置时间的延长(至少21d),MS密封胶a一直是地板组件a中VOC主要释放来源,而MS密封胶b对防寒材组件b的VOC释放贡献度在逐渐降低。

    通过袋子法探究了制样初期及一定时间(至少21d)内,MS密封胶对地板组件和防寒材组件中VOC的释放影响,得到如下结论。

    (1)制样初期,MS密封胶对地板组件和防寒材组件中VOC的影响最大,且施胶量越大,影响越大。

    (2)粘接组件中MS密封胶表面因被覆盖,故随着放置时间的延长,其在粘接组件中的VOC释放速率会明显低于相应铝板喷MS密封胶中的。

    (3)随着放置时间的延长(至少21d),MS密封胶对地板组件中VOC的影响程度要高于相应防寒材组件中的。

    因此,在保证粘接性能的前提下,应尽量避免在地板组件、防寒材组件及其它多层复合材料中使用高VOC含量的MS密封胶,且要严格控制施胶量,从而提升轨道车辆整车空气质量。www.sdyuantai.com
