随放置时间延长聚氨酯密封胶对粘接组件中VOC的释放影响

    为了进一步探究随放置时间的延长,聚氨酯密封胶在粘接组件中的VOC释放情况,我们选取上述A组和B组部件材料进一步进行放置7d和21d后试验,其TVOC含量变化情况如表2所示。

    由表2测试结果可知:

    聚氨酯密封胶a和b放置7d时的TVOC含量分别较制样1d时下降了98.0%和88.0%,运远高于相应地板组件a和防寒材组件b中TVOC的下降量(}L4%和32.5% ),这是由于粘接组件中聚氨酯密封胶表面被覆盖,阻挡了VOC的释放。

    放置21d后,地板组件a与防寒材组件b的TVOC含量仍远高于相应地板a、地板布a及防寒材b的,因此从TVOC含量角度来说,聚氨酯密封胶对地板组件a与防寒材组件b中VOC的影响仍较大。

    地板组件a放置21d后TVOC含量只下降了9.3 %,远远小于防寒材组件b的TVOC下降量59.0%,可能是由于地板布相比防寒材更加致密,聚氨酯密封胶被地板布覆盖后,其释放速率更慢。

    此外,我们对地板组件a、防寒材组件b及其组成材料的主要释放物质也进行了跟踪测试分析,测试结果如表3所示。

    再由表3测试结果可知:

    A组试验放置7d和21d后,地板组件a中主要释放物质仍是甲苯和乙酸乙醋,与制样1d时一致(占比也接近),同时也与聚氨酯密封胶a中主要释放物质种类和占比一致,而地板a与地板布a中主要释放物质种类也与制样1d时一致(即与地板组件a不一致),进一步说明地板组件a中主要释放物质来源一直是聚氨酯密封胶。www.sdyuantai.com
