MS密封胶自身的抗紫外(UV)性能

目的:评价MS密封胶自身的抗紫外的能力。试样规格及数量:ISO 527-3中规定的I型试样，厚度(2.2士0.2) mm,5个试样。试验条件:1)光源:氛灯或同等光源，能量:(5015) W/m2(在样品所在处测得)，波长300400 nm;2)时间:(504土4) h;3)紫外线辐照后，按要求进行拉伸测试。

结论

1)国标、美标、欧标三大标准体系对MS密封胶性能安全指标的要求存在相似部分，但差异也不少，其中欧标体系通过考虑六类环境老化因素的影响来确保MS密封胶25年的质保期限。

2)欧标ETAG 002对MS密封胶寿命的影响因素考虑更加全面，也更加符合硅酮结构胶的实际使用情况。该标准在试验结果判定方面着重考察结构密封胶各项性能的衰减情况及不同条件下密封胶与基材的粘结情况，要求各条件下试样的强度与标况下的强度比值不小于0.75，粘结破坏面积不大于10%。

3)国标GB 16776自发布以来，对规范国内MS密封胶市场、促进国内密封材料生产企业健康发展发挥了重要的作用，但在检测项目及技术要求的设置、检测方法及检测过程的完整性方面与欧标仍有较大差距。
