硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料可以分为4类:活性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料、半活性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料、惰性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料和其他功能性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料。活性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料一般为气相二氧化硅，可调节流变、增豁、增加触变性并补强力学性能;半活性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料一般为纳米沉淀法碳酸钙，有一定的增稠、增加触变性、补强力学性能的作用，能够降低成本;惰性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料一般为重质碳酸钙，包括活性重钙和不改性重钙;功能性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料，如阻燃性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料、耐温性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶填料等。

STP-E杂化体系固化需要氨基硅烷作为催化剂，氨基硅烷除了起到催化剂作用外，还可以提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和粘合剂对基材的粘结性。a一硅烷封端的STP-E 10和STP-E 30无需添加有机锡催化剂，在只有氨基硅烷为催化剂的条件下就能交联固化;，一硅烷封端的STP-E 15和STP-E 35单独使用时需要添加有机锡催化剂。一硅烷封端和w-硅烷封端聚合物按比例混合，也可以做到无需有机锡催化就能固化，这样就大大增加了配方设计的灵活性。

根据需要可以加入多种助剂增加成品的特殊性能，如色浆、光稳定剂、耐热稳定剂、抗菌防霉剂以及粘结促进剂等。

按照图2所示的指导工艺，采用双行星搅拌或动力混合搅拌就可以进行STP-E杂化体系硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和粘合剂的试验和生产。
