单组分聚氨酯密封胶老化性能检测技术介绍

本文重点介绍欧标ETAG 002中单组分聚氨酯密封胶胶在环境影响下老化性能的六类检测。1008 h水一紫外光照试验目的:结合紫外线辐照和暴露于水中的影响，测试结构单组分聚氨酯密封胶的耐老化性能。测试要求:试样放人水一紫外线辐照试验箱内。试验箱要求:1)光源:氛灯或同等光源;2)能量:50士5 W/m2(在样品所在处测得)，波长300400 nm;3)水:去离子水，电阻率1-10 M几，水温(45士1) }C;4)测试时试样上表面与水面平齐;5)处理时间:(1 00818) h;6)处理后的试样在标准条件下放置(24士4) h,然后按要求进行拉伸测试。

目的:利用盐雾试验设备所创造的人工模拟盐雾环境条件来考察单组分聚氨酯密封胶的耐盐雾老化性能，进一步反映单组分聚氨酯密封胶的耐老化性能。测试要求:试样放入盐雾试验箱中。试验箱要求:1)喷雾箱容积妻400 L; 2)盐水浓度为5%，温度为(35士2) ℃,pH值为6.5--7.2;3)平均80cm2面积喷淋(1.5士0.5) mL/h，喷淋浓度(5015)g/L; 4)盐雾环境试验时间480 h;5)处理后的试样在标准条件下放置(24士4) h，然后按要求进行拉伸测试。http://www.sdyuantao.com/
