增塑剂含量对MS密封胶的自由体积及自由体积分数的影响

       自由体积均随之升高。且在相同温度下,自由体积大小顺序均为:MS密封胶/白油>MS密封胶/甲基硅油>MS密封胶/双端乙烯基硅油。此外,自由体积越大,越有利于分子链的运动和伸展,故白油容易发生扩散。同时从图巧中可以看出,随着温度升高,各混合体系的自由体积分数均增大。这说明温度的升高使增塑剂分子的运动能量提高,与MS密封胶分子间的距离增加,增加了分子的运动空间,从而更有利于分子发生扩散。此外,在相同温度下,自由体积分数的大小顺序也均为:MS密封胶/白油>MS密封胶/甲基硅油>MS密封胶/双端乙烯基硅油。

       综合以上两方面分析:随着温度升高,MS密封胶与增塑剂分子间的相互作用减弱,使增塑剂扩散能力增强。且随着温度的升高,各混合体系内的自由体积及自由体积分数均随之增加,这为增塑剂分子的扩散提供了有效的运动空间,因此使增塑剂更易在体系中发生扩散。

       各混合体系随增塑剂含量变化的自由体积及自由体积分数,如图16所示。

       由图16可知:随着增塑剂含量的增加,各混合体系的自由体积和自由体积分数均随之升高。在相同条件下,体系的自由体积及自由体积分数的大小顺序均为:MS密封胶/白油>MS密封胶/甲基硅油>MS密封胶/双端乙烯基硅油。这说明增塑剂含量的升高不仅使增塑剂分子链本身更易伸展和转动,而且为增塑剂分子增加了有效运动空间。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
