特种用途的单组分MS密封胶，早期多采用换罐式间歇法生产工艺。在生产过程中难免短时间接触空气，势必给最终产品性能和储存稳定性都带来不良影响。频繁的设备更换和清洗、尤其对粘稠物料的清理，不仅影响生产效率，又因使用并消耗数量可观的溶剂，既危害操作环境又增加生产成本。

为了解决上述课题，各设备制造厂家提出多种方案。实践结果表明，德国斯沃德(Schwerdtel)公司率先从解决配色问题着手，选用静态混合装置，既可保证物料在密闭条件下充分混合，又克服了因机械混合使物料温度超过填充剂表面材质承受温度极限值等技术难题。SD-K型机组是在密封管道中完成配胶和调色全过程。操作人员只要将准确的配方参数，在移动式操作台上输人，就可以连续不断地生产出品质均一的单组分MS密封胶产品。

SD-K型机组的静态混合腔内的物料，由18MPa液压站提供充足的推动力。交联剂、固化剂、增粘剂、稳定剂和各种色浆等成分，在进人混合室之前，均在独立的贮罐中密封保存。进料比例依靠注压泵活塞的直径进行调节，计量调节范围为1.29%一8.99%，可满足生产品种仅数十种产品制造商的要求。

如图1所示，SD-7K是将MS密封胶的七种成分，通过统一的液压系统注人混合室完成MS密封胶配置工序。SD-7KV改为每种成分由单独液压罐提供推力，完成混合和配色全过程。

继SD-K机和SD-7KV机型后，当代最先进的生产装置—SD-XKV自动化生产线2004年已粉墨登场。其突出特征是在每个助剂罐上装有独立的注压计量系统，为防止颜料沉降，罐内附有搅拌器。增加一个混合室后，就可以将原有6个助剂罐扩展为13个。每种成分调节范围可达0.0115% ,计量精度明显提升达0.01%。
