根据审查会专家的建议，编制组进行了采用“定永久变形”表征MS密封胶应力缓和性能的验证试验。具体试验情况如下:收集了R类(应力缓和型)改性硅酮建筑MS密封胶样品3组，分别来自日本及国内不同的公司，样品的具体情况见表2。

R类改性硅酮MS密封胶定伸永久变形验证试验

试验选取3组R类改性硅酮MS密封胶(40#42# )样品，分别进行快速养护与标准条件养护、有底涂与无底涂的定伸永久变形对比试验。其中，快速养护条件为23℃,4 d+50℃,3 d，标准养护条件为23 qCx28d。根据初期探索试验情况，试验条件设定为:试验温度23℃、试验时间48 h、定伸伸长率30%，结果以定伸永久变形表示。

试验结果与分析

MS密封胶快速养护条件的定伸永久变形试验结果见表3;标准养护条件的定伸永久变形试验结果见表4;不同条件的定伸永久变形试验结果统计见表。

由表3-5可以看出:R类MS密封胶无论采取快速养护方法还是标准养护方法，测出的定伸永久变形试验结果均大于50% , 3个样品的定伸永久变形结果范围(平均值)为52%-92%。http://www.sdyuantai.com
