GB/T14683-2017《硅酮和改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》标准于2017年9月7日发布，于2018年8月1日实施。标准首次将改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶(MS)的性能单列作了要求，并对其中的应力缓和型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能表征、技术指标及试验方法进行了规定。本文介绍了该标准中应力缓和型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶产品的概况、性能表征、术语和定义、验证试验及结果分析等。GB/T 14683-2017《硅酮和改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》标准于2017年9月7日发布，于2018年8月1日实施。标准首次将改性硅酮建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶(MS )的性能单列作了要求，并对其中的应力缓和型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的胜能表征、技术指标及试验方法进行了规定。

工业化生产的装配式预制混凝土外挂墙板(在日本称为窑业板)施工后由于受到干缩的影响，导致板块之间的接缝扩大，接缝中的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶将长期受到拉应力的作用，严重影响接缝密封的耐久性。为了减缓接缝干缩位移对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶本体和粘结界面的应力，提高接缝密封的耐久性，有关方面研制出了用于此类接缝的具有应力缓和性能的建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，即本标准中规定的R类(应力缓和型)建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。http://www.sdyuantai.com
