四组聚氨酯密封胶试样经过上述处理后,首先观察聚氨酯密封胶试样表面是否发生了变化?首先用白色纱布擦拭聚氨酯密封胶试样,看是否有物质析出?结果发现标准条件环境下以及浸水条件下[水温(40士5)℃,(23士2℃],擦拭聚氨酯密封胶试样表面均无物质析出(图丘图6),而经过水一紫外辐照后的聚氨酯密封胶试样表面有物质析出(图7)。
分析:标准条件下的聚氨酯密封胶试样拉伸强度为0.46MPa,粘结破坏面积为0,主要是由于刷在混凝土表面的底涂使混凝土中的碱性物质无法析出,增强了混凝土与聚氨酯密封胶的界面粘结力。
1和2相比,可以发现浸水条件(23士2)℃下,其拉伸强度由0.46MPa变为0.16MPa,下降65 %,下降明显;最大强度时伸长率由279.66%变为230.71 %,下降18%,稍有下降;粘结破坏面积由0变为100%。主要是由于混凝土为多孔结构,浸水条件下其水分会渗透到混凝土内部,刷在混凝土表面的底涂逐渐遭到破坏,混凝土本身的碱性物质会析出,破环其与装配式聚氨酯密封胶的粘结面,从而使其拉伸强度下降明显,最大强度时伸长率稍有下降,粘结破坏面积增大。2和3相比,可以发现随着浸水温度的升高,其拉伸强度由0.16MPa变为O.15MPa,下降6%;最大强度时伸长率由230.71%变为186.96%,下降19%0说明在较高的温度(40士5)℃下,水分子活动能力增强,刷在混凝土表面的底涂进一步的遭到破坏,力学性能稍有下降。3和4相比,其拉伸强度没有变化,最大强度时伸长率下降5%,可以发现在水一紫外辐照处理168h条件下,紫外线只是使其表面发生了老化,而未使其内部结构发生变化,故其力学性能下降不明显。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
