       a)标准条件环境下以及浸水[[(23士20(X40士5)]后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样,擦拭硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样表面均无物质析出,而经过水一紫外辐照后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样表面有物质析出。说明在水一紫外辐照的作用下,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表面的分子结构遭到了破坏,从而使其表面出现了老化等情况。

       b)标准条件下的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样拉伸强度为0.46MPa,粘结破坏面积为0,主要是由于刷在混凝土表面的底涂使混凝土中的碱性物质无法析出,增强了混凝土与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的界面粘结力。

       c)浸水(23士2)℃后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样和标准条件下的相比,其拉伸强度下降明显,主要是由于混凝土为多孔结构,浸水条件下其水分会渗透到混凝土内部,刷在混凝土表面的底涂逐渐遭到破坏,混凝土本身的碱性物质会析出,破环其与装配式硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘结面。而浸水(40士5}℃的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样和浸水(23士2)℃的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样相比,拉伸强度略有下降,主要是由于在较高的温度(40士5)℃下,水分子活动能力增强,刷在混凝土表面的底涂进一步的遭到破坏。水一紫外辐照处理后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样和浸水(40士5)℃的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样相比,力学性能不变,可以发现在水一紫外辐照处理168h条件下,紫外线只是使其表面发生了老化,而未使其内部结构发生变化,故其力学性能下降不明显。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
