丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的分级我国目前丁基防水嵌缝密封胶产品标准均按JC/T882《幕墙玻璃接缝用丁基防水嵌缝密封胶》制定的，按试验的冷拉伸/热压缩幅度可分为以下级别:25LM级、25HM级、20LM级、20HM级，标准各分级性能指标见表1-3。

在实际使用中，漏水、胶缝开裂以及脱粘已成为建筑幕墙最常见的质量问题。通过不断地实践论证、研究总结，造成建筑幕墙密封失效、漏水的最关键因素之一，是丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的位移能力以及其在板块间变位的反复作用下对基材的粘结能力达不到要求。丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的主要作用是对板块间接缝的密封，由于板块经常会受到温度变化、风压、震动、主体结构变形等影响而发生位移，导致接缝宽度也就会随之发生变化。我们以铝塑板幕墙为例，仅以温度变化引起位移变化做一个简单的分析。

由温度引起的位移量可按下式计算:

铝塑板的膨胀系数按4.0x 10-5/℃，构件的长度按1.5米计算，不同温差下铝塑板的位移量，按不同设计接缝宽度，来选择所需级别，见表4,5,6。

从表4,5,6看，在同等位移条件下，设计接缝越宽，用胶量相对较大，对丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的级别要求相对低些;反之，设计接缝越窄，用胶量相对较小，但对丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的级别要求相对高些。www.sdyuantai.com
