硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是以聚二甲基硅氧烷为主要原料,辅以交联剂、填料、增塑剂、偶联剂、催化剂在真空状态下混合而成的膏状物,在室温下通过与空气中的水发生反应固化形成弹性硅橡胶。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的高分子主链主要由硅一氧一硅键组成,在固化过程中交联剂与基础聚合物反应形成网状的Si-O-Si骨架结构,其键能为106Kca1/mol,而通常的高分子材料的C-0和C-C键能均较小,分别为80和85.2 Kcal/mol。与其他高分子组成的有机密封胶(如:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶、丙烯酸类硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶、聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶等)相比,最显著的特点就是优异的耐高低温性能和耐候性能。另外,Si-O-Si键键能很高,不仅远大于其它高聚物键能(其他化学键键能都低于300nm紫外线键能),而且Si-O-Si键能高于紫外线键能,这就是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在紫外线照射下仍保持良好性能,而其他有机高聚物材料容易老化的根本原因。www.sdyuantai.com
