       SrC03含量为19.85 mol%的SAS玻璃陶瓷硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在25850℃之间的平均热膨胀系数为12.52 x 10-6K,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与LSM阴极和YSZ电解质及Fe-Cr合金连接体之间具有优越的热膨胀匹配性,并且,在800-900℃之间,这种封接材料与这些电极材料之间具有优越的稳定性和相容性,这种封接材料与LSM.YSZ电解质等电池材料之间具有良好的粘接性。并且该体系封接材料的热稳定性很好,最高只有0,378%。经放电实验测试该材料的封接性能良好,开路电压达到1.03 V,最大功率密度为183 mW/cm2,能够满足SOFC单体电池的工作要求。结果显示,SAS体系铝硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷封接材料能够被用于固体氧化物燃料电池的封接材料。

       为研究防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在不同火灾场景下的燃烧及理化性能变化,针对特高压直流换流站中可能出现的标准、电力及碳氢火灾情况,研究3种升温模式对防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶燃烧过程的影响及燃烧后不同时刻的理化性能变化。燃烧过程重点关注质量变化,理化性能重点关注腐蚀性、耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性、耐湿热性和耐冻循环性等,进而比较3种升温模式对防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的影响。结果表明:电力和碳氢火灾的前期危险性远高于标准火灾燃烧120 min后,3种升温模式下防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的总失重率基本相同,均达到8500。火灾升温后,防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐水性和耐酸性都被严重破坏。电力火灾和碳氢火灾较标准火灾对防火硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐湿热性和耐冻融循环性影响更大。www.sdyuantai.com
