聚氨酯密封胶材料在850℃下锻烧不同时间后的失重率变化曲线如图7所示。从图中可以看出聚氨酯密封胶#封接材料在850℃烧结120 h以后其失重率基本不再发生变化,在烧结140 h后的失重率为0.378%,失重原因可能是融熔玻璃用水冷却时溶解在材料中的少量水分蒸发造成的,因此,聚氨酯密封胶体系封接材料在850℃时稳定,可以长期工作。
图8是以LSM为阴极,Ni/YSZ为阳极,YSZ为电解质制备的单体电池放电曲线,从图中可以看出,该电池的开路电压为1.03 V,最大功率密度为183 mW/cm2.表明该电池工作正常,封接材料的封接性能良好。从对以上测试结果的分析可以看出,聚氨酯密封胶#玻璃陶瓷和电池相邻部件的材料化学兼容性很好,不会因为和其他材料发生化学反应而影响他们的性能。由于聚氨酯密封胶玻璃陶瓷封接体系的其他材料和聚氨酯密封胶#在基本的化学组成上是相近的,而且用聚氨酯密封胶#封接材料对单体电池进行密封时电池正常工作,玻璃陶瓷封接材料的密封性能不会因为其他电池元件中的元素扩散进入而受到影响,所以聚氨酯密封胶体系玻璃陶瓷和相邻部件的材料是满足化学兼容要求。www.sdyuantai.com
