硅藻土MS密封胶形貌及物相分析

       硅藻土是一种生物成因的硅质沉积岩,主要化学成分是Siq,质轻,呈微孔结构且孔道相互连通,孔径一般在2300nm,孔隙率达85%以上,MS密封胶比表面积大,弹性模量高,抗划痕性能强,且耐酸、阻燃、防腐、分散性好,其形貌见图t。

       从图1可以看出,硅藻土MS密封胶呈不规则菠萝状、竹笋状、针状、羽状等多孔多层结构,层中有孔,层孔相叠,孔穴和空隙相互连通,具有典型的三维孔道结构。由于材料内部存在无数孔道,具有较大比表面和孔体积,所以渗透性和吸附性好。

       图2是硅藻土MS密封胶的XRD物相分析,结果表明,其主要成分90%以上是SiOz,其次为钙、锡、钾、钠等的氧化物。在2B为150}250内有一强度较低的“馒头”峰,为非晶相的衍射峰,剩余衍射峰均为尖锐峰,说明该物相较复杂,有多种成分的衍射峰相重叠,且有大量微孔存在。硅藻土MS密封胶的比表面积、孔容、孔径分析

       图3、图4分别是硅藻土MS密封胶的氮气吸附一脱附等温线和脱附孔径分布图。

       从图3可以看出,硅藻土MS密封胶的氮气吸附一脱附等温线存在“脱附滞后”现象,说明粉体内部存在大量的毛细孔。从图4可知,硅藻土的最可几分布为3.795 nm,占孔体积0.00184mIJg,平均孔径10.98 nm,总孔体积0.09818 mlJg,比表面积44.43 mZ/ga。

       上述分析表明,硅藻土的主要成分是Si02,比表面积大,内部富含孔道,具有层孔相连的三维网状结构。硅藻土中的Si0:与空气中的水气相结合,使其表面裸露大量轻基(-OH),当用硅烷偶联剂处理时,这些轻基便与之发生缩聚反应,当与硅橡胶(端轻基聚二甲基硅氧烷)相混时,硅烷偶联剂又与硅橡胶中的端轻基发生缩聚反应,使硅橡胶很容易“贯穿”于孔道中,与硅藻土紧密结合,硅烷偶联剂在这里起到了桥梁纽带作用。虽然气相二氧化硅表面也含大量轻基,但它无孔道,比表面积低于硅藻土,所以与各种胶料的结合力较弱,因而用它制成的密封胶的拉伸模量、粘结性及耐温保温等性能均不及硅藻土。www.sdyuantai.com
