       可以看出六种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶与ABS结合力经高低温测试后性能同样均较好,经过高低温试验测试六种型号丁基防水嵌缝密封胶与ABS结合力均大于4.9Mpa且各种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶与ABS的结合强度明显好于其与合金的结合强度。对比各种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶与合金高低温测试后的结合强度数据可以看出B与D型丁基防水嵌缝密封胶性能相对较优,其性能明显好于其它四种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶。

适用期测试

       在24℃的试验环境下,精确称取六种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶按使用比例配比的试样 120 g静置观察其适用期,最后得出试验数据如表S。

       从以上试验数据可以看出,所有六种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶24℃的试验环境下可使用时间均介于30-60 min之间,满足一般丁基防水嵌缝密封胶15-60 min的适用期要求,生产中掌握好配丁基防水嵌缝密封胶量均可满足正常生产要求。

固化后外观

       在常温(试验温度24 ℃)下按电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶使用比例配比200 g试样,搅拌均匀后常温静置固化24h,固化后在明亮的光线下观察电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样情况。具体试验情况见表6。

       从以上试验情况可以看出,六种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶中除B型丁基防水嵌缝密封胶外其他五种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶固化后外观均正常,适用于正常生产。

浸酸失重测试分析

       按浸酸失重试验方法进行试样测试,并按公式(1)计算测试数据。具体测试数据见表7。

       从测试数据可以明显看出B型丁基防水嵌缝密封胶由于固化后内部存在气泡,在浸酸失重测试中测试前后数据偏差较大,浸酸失重性能最差,E型号丁基防水嵌缝密封胶性能对比相对较优,另外四种电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶性能相对接近。

固化后稳定性试验分析

       电池丁基防水嵌缝密封胶经过浸酸失重测试,置于空气中放置一个月后,观察各样本的颜色变化,具体性能对比见表6。从表6可以看出B及D型号丁基防水嵌缝密封胶固化后稳定性相对较好,在生产过程中的微量残留不会在日后的使用过程中影响电池外观。www.sdyuantai.com
