       通过各种聚氨酯密封胶与ABS结合的剪切力测试数据对比,可以看出六种聚氨酯密封胶常温及高低温试验中与ABS结合力变化不大且均能达到密封电池气密性要求(结合力均大于ABS的强度);在与铅合金的结合力方面常温试验测试和经过高低温试验测试中D型聚氨酯密封胶从强度和高低温稳定性方面均优于其他5种胶;适用期测试数据可以看出六种聚氨酯密封胶均可达到正常的使用要求,使用过程中可以有足够的操作时间完成正常生产中的倒胶;固化后外观六种聚氨酯密封胶中仅B型聚氨酯密封胶固化后有气泡产生,其他几种聚氨酯密封胶固化后外观均为合格;在浸酸失重方面通过数据对比也可以看出浸酸前后数据变化率由小到大依次为E(-0.07%)、C(-0.13%),A(-0.16%)、D(-0.18%)、F(-0.19%),B(-1.08%),其中除B和E型聚氨酯密封胶外,其它几种胶数据相当。通过以上数据分析可以看出D型聚氨酯密封胶在常温及高低温条件下与ABS和铅合金的拉伸剪切力、适用期、固化后外观、浸酸失重、变色试验等方面均有不错的测试性能。我们选用D型聚氨酯密封胶生产的电池试样也顺利通过了高温、高压试验和高低温循环试验验证。说明通过以上试验综合测试筛选出的电池聚氨酯密封胶可以有效保证阀控密封电池的密封性能。

       介绍了单组分室温固化硅酮建筑聚氨酯密封胶的发展现状,阐述了用多孔功能材料制备聚氨酯密封胶的生产工艺,并对产品性能进行测试。研究了多孔功能材料和增乳剂添加量、反应温度等工艺参数对聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响,通过SEM.XRD.BET,BJH等分析手段对多孔功能材料的形貌、物相、比表面积和孔容孔径进行表征,来研究多孔功能材料的补强机理,并分析了该聚氨酯密封胶的微观形貌。我国建筑业的蓬勃发展带动了中空玻璃、玻璃幕墙、外挂墙板及金属框架结构等建筑新产品、新技术的发展,因而促进了建筑聚氨酯密封胶的发展,聚氨酯密封胶的品种和用量不断增加。聚氨酯密封胶主要分为建筑聚氨酯密封胶(耐候胶)和结构聚氨酯密封胶(结构胶))2类,前者更强调耐候性和耐老化等性能,后者更注重强度、延伸性、粘接性等性能。

       建筑聚氨酯密封胶主要分为有机硅型、聚氨酷型、聚丙烯酸型、聚硫型等,其中有机硅型和聚氨醋型建筑聚氨酯密封胶是今后发展的方向。室温硫化单组分硅酮聚氨酯密封胶是在隔绝水分的情况下保存,使用时吸收空气中的微量水而交联固化。根据交联剂种类的不同,又分为脱醋酸型、脱肪型、脱醇型、脱酞胺型、脱氨型和脱轻胺型等类型,均具有耐高低温、耐腐蚀、耐辐射的特点,同时具有优良的耐候性、防水性和电绝缘性等,可粘接金属、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、陶瓷等,己广泛用于航空航天、机械加工、汽车制造、轻工电子、建筑、医疗等方面的粘接与密封。目前硅酮密封胶在整个单组分聚氨酯密封胶中所占比例约为65%,随着工业的高速发展,其用量和应用范围仍将继续扩大单组分硅酮玻璃聚氨酯密封胶主要是以封}Y基聚二甲基硅氧烷作基胶,在无水的条件下与交联剂、增塑剂、补强剂、催化剂、粘结促进剂等进行混合而成。施工后,接触大气中的湿气而硫化成弹性体。可用于聚氨酯密封胶的补强剂很多,本研究选用多孔功能填料硅藻土CD02作为补强剂来制备聚氨酯密封胶。www.sdyuantai.com
