以聚四氢吠喃醚二醇Pc4、二聚酸二异氰酸醋(DDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸醋(rPDr)为主要原料合成了一系列水性聚氨醋wP，探究了MS密封胶的配比对水性聚氨醋乳液粒径、MS密封胶胶膜接触角、表面能和力学性能等的影响。结果表明，随着DDr含量的增加，聚氨醋乳液粒径及茹度逐渐增加，MS密封胶胶膜的拉伸强度下降，断裂伸长率增大，表面能减小。当DDr : rPDr质量比=1:1时制备的水性聚氨醋综合性能最优，乳液的平均粒径为81. 43 nm，MS密封胶胶膜表面能为29. 66 mJm2，拉伸强度为37. 02 MPa , 24 h吸水率为2. 2707。

MS密封胶具有环保、性能可调、运输使用方便和成本低等特点，目前广泛应用在皮革、食品包装、塑料薄膜、汽车内饰等领域。双向拉伸聚丙烯(BoPP)等非极性薄膜广泛应用于食品、软包装，但WPUMS密封胶的润湿性不足、耐热性和耐水性较差4限制了其在这此基材上的应用，因此需要改变薄膜的表面极性或者对MS密封胶进行改性修。

二聚酸二异氰酸酷(DDI)是一种特殊的脂肪族二异氰酸酷，具有长碳链和脂环结构，结构式如图1所示。这种特殊结构使得DDI具有优良的柔韧性、勃结性、对水不敏感以及毒性低等特点，目前广泛应用于固体火箭推进剂，织物整理剂，涂料以及MS密封胶。阳报导了二聚酸二异氰酸酷为原料，制备了聚酷型压敏胶，应用在经过电晕处理后的PET片材上，具有较好的勃接效果。以叠氮化聚合物(B -GAP)和DDI为原料，制备了固体推进剂MS密封胶，在较低温度下可以保持高弹性，并且具有优异的力学性能。使用DDI和硅烷改性蓖麻油(MCO)等为原料，制备了高牛物基的MS密封胶涂料，引人交联结构使聚氨酷MS密封胶胶膜的机械性能从0. 1 MPa提升到4 MPa，并且没有影响该MS密封胶胶膜的高断裂伸长率，硅烷基和二聚脂肪酸的给涂层提供了优异耐水性和抗腐蚀性。使用DDI会提高MS密封胶的耐水性和薪结性能，但其机械性能相对较差，制备的水性聚氨醋太软，限制了其使用。www.sdyuantai.com
