    聚氨酯密封胶不同表面处理方法对镀锌板粘接强度的影响。由表2可知,不同处理方法对镀锌板的粘接强度影响不同。未处理的样品粘接强度最差,这是因为镀锌板表面经常会出现油污,影响了聚氨酯密封胶对其的粘接强度。经过表面清洗的镀锌板,粘接强度明显增强,这是因为镀锌板表面采用清洗剂进行处理后,清洗剂溶解油污,对镀锌板表面进行润湿、溶解,使得油污能够被清洗除掉,清除了镀锌板表面的弱界层。表面打磨的样品粘接强度明显强于表面清洗的样品,这是因为经过表面打磨后,能除去镀锌板表面的污垢、疏松的表面氧化膜及锌层,形成新的界面,从而增加粘结强度。表面抛丸是用钢丸打击金属表面,使得金属表面的晶格发生变形,而且金属表面的硬度也会增大很多,同时在金属的表面会出现很多微观的空隙。通过这种抛丸的方法对金属表面进行处理,金属表面会出现各种各样的沟槽和棱角,同时由于晶面移动等晶体运动,会出现塑性变形和组织变化的现象,从而使得金属从不稳定转化为稳定的形态。因此,表面抛丸的样品粘接强度明显强于表面打磨的样品。

    (1)聚醚三元醇的粘接强度强于聚醚二元醇,芳香族多元醇的粘接强度强于脂肪族多元醇,环氧基团的存在可以提高聚氨酯密封胶对镀锌板的粘接强度。

    (2)在一定轻基值范围内,聚氨酯密封胶对镀锌板的粘接强度随着轻基值的增大而增强。

    (3)在一定R值范围内,聚氨酯密封胶对镀锌板的粘接强度随着R值的增大而增强。

    (4)随着填料含量增加,聚氨酯密封胶对镀锌板粘接强度是先增加,后减弱。

    (5)随着附着力促进剂含量增加,聚氨酯密封胶对镀锌板粘接强度是先增加,后减弱。
