目前用于钢桥梁的丁基防水嵌缝胶主要包含两种:一种是用于钢结构桥面防水粘接层的丁基防水嵌缝胶;另一种是用于钢索以及钢桥局部密封的丁基防水嵌缝胶；钢结构桥面铺装丁基防水嵌缝胶桥梁为各种车辆行驶提供了承重和耐久的桥面，而桥面铺装直接关系到整座桥的安危和长期使用寿命，桥梁长期使用性和安全性的保障是与科学合理的桥面铺装体系息息相关的。钢桥面铺装是在钢桥面板上刷一层防水粘接层，确定铺装层和钢桥面板有良好的粘接及防水性，然后铺装单层或多层的其他材料，最后形成铺装层。桥面铺装的好坏主要取决于防水粘接层，形成整体桥面铺装装置的关键是防水粘接层的防水性和粘接性。若钢桥面板防水粘接层的防水处理不当，雨水就会通过铺装层渗透到钢桥面板，不仅会使粘接层胶的粘接失效，而且还会浸蚀桥面板和桥梁结构材料，从而造成钢桥梁的锈蚀。因此防水粘接性能的好坏对钢桥耐久性及安全性有着直接影响。目前防水粘接层所用到的材料可分为4类:甲基丙烯酸醋防水材料、环氧树脂材料、环氧沥青材料及溶剂型粘接剂材料。上述防水材料中用的最多最广的丁基防水嵌缝胶是丙烯酸丁基防水嵌缝胶和环氧树脂丁基防水嵌缝胶。为了更直观地看到丁基防水嵌缝胶在钢桥的铺装，如图1、图2所示。

丙烯酸防腐底漆、甲基丙烯酸甲醋(MMA)防水膜和丙烯酸丁基防水嵌缝胶三种物质组成了甲基丙烯酸醋防水体系材料。施工时将丙烯酸丁基防水嵌缝胶直接喷涂在MMA防水膜上，固化后形成一个封闭的整体体系，从而达到防水效果。溶液型丙烯酸醋丁基防水嵌缝胶是甲基丙烯酸醋防水材料体系中常用的丁基防水嵌缝胶，其可分为两种:一种是将聚合物直接溶解稀释配成一定比例的丁基防水嵌缝胶溶液，可进行手工涂抹也可以进行喷涂的方式进行涂胶;另一种是以丙烯酸醋为原料进行溶液聚合反应制成的丁基防水嵌缝胶，然后直接使用。根据聚合物反应的单体组分不同，可将溶液型丙烯酸醋丁基防水嵌缝胶分为单组分、双组份和多组分胶粘剂3种类型。单组分丁基防水嵌缝胶常使用是氰基丙烯酸醋类的单体，根据官能团不同可有氰基丙烯酸甲醋,氰基丙烯酸乙醋 ,氰基丙烯酸丙醋,氰基丙烯酸丁醋,氰基丙烯酸环己醋和氰基丙烯酸异戊醋等。随着官能团分子量的增加，合成的胶的韧性、耐湿性就越好，但粘接强度发反而下降。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
