       下列主要因素是KB作用机理的基础:纤维比硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶料的聚合物质具有大得多的定伸应力和强度,纤维在足够用量(>l0%体积)和与墓质很好的粘合时,就会抑制其变形并承担基质部分的负荷量。因此,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶料的定伸应力、强度和蠕变阻力增强、(因为纤维直径大小不等而阻止了材料裂目增长,因此抗撕裂强大;同时,弹性体中形成聚合物微定向(沿纤维纵向)结构,促进了耐磨强度的提高。如果含KB的胶料在纤维含量超出1,0(体积)时,其强度通常增大,那么,当它的含量为1%时,其直径大不等的影响在弹性体中也就会显示出来,此时,胶料的强度降低。
