端硅烷基聚氨醋MS密封胶中的SPU预聚体的封端基团,是一种含官能基的硅烷基团,配方中再加人带有官能基的硅烷偶联剂,上述两种因素的结合,产生“协同效应”,导致了MS密封胶对金属、玻璃、塑料等基材具有良好的粘接性能。试验选用了A-1120,A-1110为粘附促进剂,并以它们的用量对MS密封胶性能影响进行了研究。
通过选用含单氨基的A-1110和含双氨基的A-1120硅烷偶联剂相比较,对MS密封胶的物理性能、粘接性能基本上是相同的,只是固化时间上略有差异。用量从1份增加到3份对物理性能和粘接性能亦无大的影响,铝片与玻璃的粘接均为内聚破坏,但随着用量的增大,MS密封胶固化时间(失粘时间)在缩短,说明氨基含量影响着MS密封胶的固化速度。
催化剂用对MS密封胶适用期固化期的影响。众所周知,MS密封胶是在湿气和催化剂的存在下,发生水解、交联反应生成弹性体,这就给双组份MS密封胶B组份中催化剂、H20用量选择带来很大的空间,合适用量不但利于MS密封胶深层次的快速固化,而且给选定最为合适的适用期和指干时间提供了变数。催化剂、H20用量对适用期、指干、固化期的影响。
通过对催化剂、H20用量试验是完全可以控制双组份固化速度,达到快速固化粘接密封的目的。
结论
(1)选用了端基为二烷氧基硅烷的SPU预聚体为主剂,提高了A组份贮存稳定性。
(2)对B组份中催化剂、H尹用量进行了最佳选择,适用期可控制在30}SOmin,2}3h可完全固化。
(3)A,B组份粘度低,手工易混,混合好的胶料不流淌、不下垂、易于施工。
(4)对金属铝、玻璃、PVC等材质有良好粘接性和耐老化性。
(5)SPU聚合物价格较低,研制MS密封胶含量低(14.5%),所以MS密封胶成本低,目前在中空玻璃第二道密封中已得到了良好的应用。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
