在开发耐热性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶时,较细地分析了影响热稳定性的各种可能因素,致力于消除预聚体和填充剂中杂质的影响,在比较交联剂水解反应活化能的基础上,确定选用脱丙酮型单组分耐高温硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的技术路线。从反应中可以看出,使用高反应活性的异丙烯氧基硅烷作为交联剂,它对硅经基尤为敏感。因此,在不使用有机金属化合物的条件下,也可以快速固化。固化后的弹性体内,不含活泼氢和硅经基基团,只有少许丙酮。这样就彻底根除了影响硅酮胶主链断裂的隐患,从而保证此类新胶种在300℃高温下可以长期使用,并保持良好的弹性和电性能。改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶各国同行根据各自的国情和市场需求,不断地开发新的胶种。现将各种弹性密封胶在日本国产化时间列入表2中。
