应用于防火封堵的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，首先当然自身必须是阻燃的。对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的燃烧性能，目前国内按照GB/T2408-2008《塑料燃烧性能的测定水平法和垂直法》进行检测，从是否有熔融物或燃烧物滴落以及撤去火源(酒精喷灯)后试样自身燃烧情况两方面来判断。其中垂直燃烧法将材料依次分为V-O,V-1,V-2三个级别，V-。级要求最高，不仅要求燃烧时无滴落，并且余焰时间与余辉时间都必须小于10 so测试过程简单描述如下:

1)试样处理:

第1组:5个样条，在23℃,50%相对湿度下放置48 h;

第2组:5个样条，75℃烘箱中放置168 h，然后在23℃干燥箱中放置4 h。

2)测试步骤:

①酒精喷灯下保持lOs，撤走酒精喷灯，计时，得到余焰时间t;

②余焰熄灭后，马上继续烧lOs，计时，得到余焰时间tz、余辉时间。

③重复试验，完成上述两组试样的测试。
