本专项工程为防撞墙伸缩缝整修，材料主要采用MS密封胶。施工工序:

测量防撞墙的缝宽、线性尺寸一清表一填塞填充物一接缝处两侧贴养护胶带一涂刷粘结剂一注入MS密封胶一表面找平一成型养护。

测量防撞墙的缝宽、外形尺寸。对防撞墙伸缩缝缝宽、外形尺寸进行测量，初步估算维修材料的用量，为后续MS密封胶密封材料的搅拌和辅料的剪裁尺寸提供参考。

清表。①用钢刷将施工处附着的混凝土碎块、垃圾、铁锈等清除;②异物附着的情况下会导致粘着强度下降，使用电动磨刀或溶剂将异物去除;③使用吹风机将附着在表面的尘土吹干净;④用沾有溶剂的布将表面残留油脂等化学溶剂擦拭干净。

填塞填充物。将填充物裁成与防撞墙横截面形状大小相似的形状，也可采用现场拼装。注意预留填充物至防撞墙表面尺寸约为缝宽的1/2，且预留空间距离均匀一致，用于确保MS密封胶填充的厚度符合要求。

粘贴胶带。为了使得维修后的防撞墙伸缩缝达到顺直美观，同样也是为了避免对防撞墙伸缩缝两侧进行污染，所以在紧邻伸缩缝的两侧粘贴养护胶带。

涂刷粘结剂。使用毛刷将粘结剂均匀地涂布在接缝处的两侧(涂布量200一300 g/m2)。接缝处严禁三面均涂布粘结剂。对于较大缝宽的接缝两侧，涂刷应采用较长把柄的毛刷进行涂布，达到涂布均匀的目的。涂布粘结剂后应放置大约30 min后再注入主材。

注入MS密封胶。一般情况下搅拌使用自动反转混合机，搅拌转速恒定为300 r/min，保持10 min即可搅拌均匀。当使用手动搅拌机进行搅拌时，应反复确认搅拌的情况。尤其是容器的底部、侧面容易产生搅拌不均匀的地方。搅拌时应不时使用刮刀等工具将侧边的胶体铲入容器中充分搅拌，搅拌均匀才能使用。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
