单组分MS密封胶常见的包装样式为硬管装和软包装(见图1)。软包采用侣膜作包装材料，成本低、生产方便。硬管装采用聚乙烯(PE)瓶灌装，生产成本增加，但用户使用方便。在性{同贮存条件下，由几密封性的差异，硬管比软包装史易出现管内硫化现象，因而保质期更。MS密封胶需存放于阴凉干燥处，贮存温度低=27℃管装MS密封胶保存6补月以上;中性有机硅耐候胶及结钩胶可保证9个月以上的保质期。受不同素的影响，会出现产品的实际保质期达不到要求期限，导致MS密封胶“变质”。本实验就响硬管装单组分MS密封胶保质期的因素进行了探讨，以期能为保持MS密封胶质量的定提供科学依据。

MS密封胶对贮存环境有严格的要求，不良的贮存环境会使MS密封胶性能下降，甚至使产品硫化，导致产品报废。对不同贮存条件下的硬管MS密封胶进行了连续的跟踪讨一比，其结果见表1。

表1可l,贮存温度对MS密封胶的保质期影响较大。在70℃下贮存10 d后MS密封胶内部会随着时间的延长先后出现颗粒、结皮、交联等现象，造成保质期缩短。在一5℃的低温环境下，MS密封胶贮存14 d寸开始出现胶浆外观差、内部出现很多细小颗粒的现象;21 d时内部出现不同程度的大小颗粒，底部也有块状结皮，这是由于过低的环境温度会使MS密封胶中的交联剂和偶联剂产生结晶，结晶体会造成局部助剂不均匀，导致施胶时胶体只能部分硫化。因此出现结晶体的MS密封胶不宜使用。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
