以聚丙二醇和3一异氰酸醋基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料合成了硅烷改性聚醚(MS密封胶)聚合物，并考察了反应温度、NCO与OH的量之比、催化剂用量等对硅烷改性聚醚合成反应的影响。结果表明，在反应温度为9o℃,nNCO>:n(oH-l.z:l、催化剂质量分数为0.1%条件下，仅需3h即可完成反应，且聚合物具有较好的贮存稳定性。采用自制的聚合物制得的MS密封胶硬度和强度较高，质量损失率低，粘接广泛，具有安全环保、耐水性好等优势，可用于家装厨卫、瓷砖填缝。硅烷改性聚醚密封胶(MS密封胶)，在结构上含有端硅烷基和主链聚醚键的特点，性能上综合了有机硅密封胶及聚氨醋密封胶的性能优势，具有粘接广泛，上漆性好，无游离异氰酸醋，挥发性有机物含量低等优点，是建筑家装领域的理想选择之一。MS密封胶的核心在于基础聚合物，但目前市面上的MS密封胶基础聚合物产品主要由公司生产，国内对基础聚合物的研究较少，主要采用外购聚合物来研究MS密封胶配方。本实验采用大分子聚醚和带有异氰酸醋的硅烷原料，通过调整反应温度、原料比例、催化剂含量等，运用一步法合成了硅烷改性聚醚聚合物，同时将其用于MS密封胶配方中，制得家装用环保型硅烷改性聚醚密封胶，以期实现MS密封胶基础聚合物的国产化。www.sdyuantai.com
