       由表1可知,在标准火灾升温下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的腐蚀性没有变化,即经过火灾升温后也能保持火灾前的理化性能。对耐碱性、耐油性和耐湿热性而言,火灾升温120 min后样品出现开裂或粉化。但是,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐水性、耐酸性及耐冻融循环性在标准火灾升温后不同时刻均出现了损伤,影响最大的是耐酸性,火灾升温后的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶既能与盐酸反应,又出现了开裂现象,可能是硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的结构和表面活性发生了变化。耐水性和耐冻融循环性在样品开裂方面表现相同,在3个时刻的测试中都出现开裂,说明标准火灾升温模式对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐水性和耐冻融循环性破坏很大。

       从试验样品出现开裂、溶胀、粉化的总次数看,电力火灾升温下共19次,占比达45.24%,而标准火灾升温下,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶理化性能被影响破坏的占比为38.10%。说明电力火灾升温下,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶维持原有理化性能的能力有所下降,原因是电力火灾升温的升温条件比标准火灾严酷。

       在7项理化性能中,腐蚀性、耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性和耐油性的表现与标准火灾升温下相同,不同处在于耐湿热性和耐冻融循环性。电力火灾升温下的耐湿热性测试中硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶样品出现开裂和粉化的时间提前到60 min且在耐冻融循环性测试中样品在120 min时出现了粉化现象。说明电力火灾升温模式比标准火灾升温模式更易对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐湿热性和耐冻融循环性产生破坏影响。www.sdyuantai.com
