       通过试验检测了应变速率敏感性对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶块状材料力学行为的影响。试验结果表明,屈服应力随应变率的增加而增大,剪切强度随着应变率的增加为增大。为了研究应变率对共聚物聚丙烯材料(PPC7712)应力一应变行为、抗拉强度和断裂情况的影响,分别对材料进行了不同应变速率下的动态高速拉伸试验。试验结果表明,随着应变率的不断增大,材料表面粗糙度逐渐加重,杨氏模量也不断增加。为了研究以环氧树脂为基料的各向异性导电胶ACF与应变率和温度相关的力学行为特点,进行了不同应变率和温度下的单轴拉伸测试。试验结果表明,ACF的抗拉强度和杨氏模量随着温度的升高呈现不同程度的减少。ACF的极限应变随着温度的升高而增大。应变率越大,材料的抗拉强度和杨氏模量越大。伪研究高强度聚合物材料在极端条件下的机械性能变化,在四个不同应变速率和六个不同温度下对玄武岩纤维增强聚合物(BFRP)进行动态拉伸试验。试验结果表明,随着应变速率的增大,材料的抗拉强度、最大应变和韧性均相应的增大。拉伸强度在一25-50℃温度范围内不存在依赖性,但在50100℃的温度范围内连续降低。对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酷料进行了变温度和变速率的机械测试,研究了温度、应变速率和应变状态对聚合物材料的力学性能影响。为了研究PA-12基聚合物拉伸性能的温度和时间依赖性,在一2550℃的温度范围和0.000289.4 s的应变率范围内对材料进行拉伸测试。试验结果表明,随着温度的降低和应变率的增加,材料的弹性模量和屈服强度增加,温度对机械性能的变化影响更大。

       在研究湿度对有机硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的力学行为影响方面。采用高温、高湿环境箱,分析了以环氧树脂为基料的各向异性导电胶ACF吸湿变化与温度和相对湿度环境的关系,通过拉伸断裂试验分析吸湿后材料断裂强度和导电性能的变化。试验结果表明,在高温高湿的状态下,ACF的断裂强度最小。湿度引起的导电颗粒和铜迹线的氧化使得接触电阻增加,导电能力下降。为了研究热和湿度对高分子电解质膜机械性能的影响,对Nafion N117膜进行温度和湿度的循环老化处理,并进行两种不同应变率下的拉伸测试。试验结果表明,无论采用何种热处理或吸湿处理,都会降材料的弹性模量和屈服应力。湿热处理后的样品均显示出从弹性行为到塑性行为的急剧转变。www.sdyuantai.com
