根据试验方案2.3.2进行试验并测定有机硅高固含腐蚀试验前后丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层的拉伸剪切强度,拉伸剪切试验后的丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层形貌如图5-8所示。
由上图可知,腐蚀试验前,拉伸剪切试板的破坏形式为粘附破坏(50%)和丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层内聚破坏(50%)。腐蚀试验后,丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层颜色未发生改变,5组搭接剪切强度平均值由3.55MPa下降为2.48MPa,拉伸剪切试板的破坏方式为粘附破坏(20%)和丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层内聚破坏(80%)。由此可知,腐蚀试验后,丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层与金属基材之间的结合力的下降程度小于丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层内聚力的下降程度。丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层覆盖着大部分金属基体,因此,丁基防水嵌缝胶涂层对金属基材的保护作用较强,可以阻碍腐蚀介质的浸入,在一定程度上延缓工况环境中的酸性液体对TRT叶根和桦槽的腐蚀。
通过对于筛选的三种丁基防水嵌缝胶的老化试验和腐蚀试验的分析,得知高固含有机硅的涂敷性和耐温性均满足作为TRT极树型叶根的密封材料。为了更准确地了解有机硅高固含涂料在密闭环境中的固化情况,采用相同的方式制备样品,将马口铁板按照以下两种不同的固化方式分别固化:C1)将马口铁板放置于密闭容器中,保持容器密封以隔绝外部空气,在230C(标准实验室环境)下放置。(2)将马口铁板放置于真空干燥箱中,将真空干燥箱的压力表调至0.005MPa,保持此压力不变,温度为实验室室温。有机硅高固含涂料的固化结果如表5-3所示。www.sdyuantai.com
