试验梁采用“强剪弱弯”原则设计，截面尺寸为200 mmx120 mm，设计长度2 300 mm，计算长度取2100mm。试验梁纵筋配置2d12 H RB335钢筋，架立筋配置2d6 HPB235钢筋，箍筋选用d6 H PB235钢筋，箍筋布置间距为9xd6@100+ 4xd6@160+8xd6@100。CFRP布外贴加固在试验梁的底面位置，CFRP布的裁剪尺寸为1 900 mmx80 mm。试验梁及加固布置如图1所示。

试验共设计6根RC梁，其中JZ-1和JZ-2为不施加预裂荷载的基准梁;JG-1-JG-4为加固前施加预裂荷载的损伤加固梁。试验测得JZ-1的极限荷载为48.1 kN JG-1-JG-4的预裂荷载值取0.3倍JZ-1的极限荷载，以卸载加固时的MS密封胶胶层厚度为控制变量，各试验梁设计参数如表1所示。

以试验梁同批次混凝土浇筑标准立方体试块，养护28 d后进行材料试验，测得抗压强度为39.6 M Pa，抗拉强度为3.9 M Pa。钢筋力学性能参数按《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 500102010)对应标号钢筋取值。Toray U丁70-30型CFRP布的标称抗拉强度为3 896 M Pa，极限拉应变取0.017 3弹性模量取2.39、105 M Pao Sikadur 330CN型MS密封胶的标称抗拉强度为49.8 M Pa，与混凝土的正拉黏结强度取3.23 M Pa。

本文改进了现有的MS密封胶胶层厚度控制方法n 4，使其能在黏结面积较大的纤维布加固梁试验中精确控制MS密封胶胶层厚度，具体操作过程如下:1)在CFRP布预留划线位置环绕粘贴一层软橡胶模板(与环氧树脂胶不产生黏结)，模板标定厚度比对应的设计MS密封胶胶层厚度大1 mm; 2)紧贴橡胶模板再粘贴一层铝丝模板，标定厚度与设计MS密封胶胶层厚度一致;3)在操作过程中利用2种模板材料的自身硬度差异(橡胶较软，铝丝较硬)，使用滚轴对黏结面反复滚压直至胶体完全浸透CFRP布。滚压时内侧橡胶模板受力下凹，而外侧铝丝模板不会变形，以此控制黏结胶层最终成型厚度，如图2所示。www.sdyuantai.com
