       聚氨酯密封胶在标准试验条件下养护28d后进行力学性能测试,强度和伸长率取均值,结果如表1所示。表1强度和伸长率由表1可以看出:聚氨酯密封胶具有较高的强度,改性聚醚结构密封胶次之,硅酮结构密封胶强度较低;聚氨酯密封胶也具有较高的伸长率。虽各类结构密封胶产品可通过调整配方,适当改变其力学性能,但产品的主体结构已决定其最基本的性能参数。短期老化后性能。

       1)6种产品在80℃,100℃,120℃,150℃,180℃和200℃分别放置1h,然后在相应温度下观察外观变化并测试力学性能,短期高温后性能结果如表2所示。

       从表2和图1中可以看出,短期硅酮结构密封胶耐高温性能优于聚氨酯密封胶、改性聚醚结构密封胶,可以耐温到200℃,外观无明显变化。从性能变化看,硅酮结构密封胶在180℃高温下拉伸强度、伸长率保持较好,在200℃还保持有一定性能;改性聚醚结构密封胶的伸长率衰减较多;聚氨酯密封胶拉伸强度衰减较多、伸长率衰减较多。

       2) 6种产品在一20℃、-30℃、-40℃、-45℃和-50℃分别放置1h,然后在相应温度下观察外观变化并测试力学性能,短期低温后性能结果如表3所示。

       从表3和图2中可以看出短期耐低温性到一50℃ ,外观无明显变化,从性能变化看,3类结构密封胶低温下强度变大,伸长率先高再降低。

       长期老化后性能6种产品分别在80℃ ,  120℃ , 150℃ , 180℃高温箱放置720h, 1500h, 3000h和6000h,取出后在标准试验条件下放置24h,观察外观变化并测试力学性能.长期高温后性能结果如表4所示。www.sdyuantai.com
