       单组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有可水解甲硅烷基官能团的有机硅聚合物和催化剂,在绝对干燥的密闭条件下不发生交联反应并保持一定的流体性能。在暴露于潮湿气氛中时,甲硅烷基与空气中的水分发生缩合反应形成硅烷醇基团并脱出小分子醇,交联形成固化的硅氧烷弹性体,催化剂促进缩合。固化时不吸热、不放热,固化后收缩率小,完全固化后无味、无毒。对聚氯乙烯(PVC)等多种塑料、玻璃和金属材料具有良好的勃接性、耐热、耐自然老化、耐火焰、耐湿、透气等性能。然而,有机硅聚合物体系通常固化缓慢,需要暴露于潮湿环境中几天到几周,勃结强度不高,深层固化速度很慢,拉伸强度太低。

       单组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中的低分子挥发份会逐渐从胶中逸出,附着在其他材料上,产生材料透过率、光电性能、涂层表面发生变化等诸多不良现象,导致材料寿命缩短、应用失效、安全隐患等不良后果。此外,高挥发份对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶本身的耐老化性能、勃接性能等有不良影响。

       单组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶一般是采用低分子硅氧烷,通过碱或酸的催化作用开环聚合制得。这种催化平衡法制得的密封胶中仍含有不少低分子聚硅氧烷,这些低分子聚硅氧烷即使在常温常压下也会从硅橡胶中逐渐挥发逸出,使得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在应用过程中产生诸多缺陷。如硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在实际应用中,低分子聚硅氧烷含量较多时,容易产生车灯起雾或附着在防雾涂层表面等现象而影响照明效果,容易造成电子电器部件的电接触失效,影响透明光学元器件的透光性和干扰信号传输,容易使得电路保护涂层产生缺陷等。www.sdyuantai.com
