NT-1,NT-2,NT-33种MS密封胶样品耐腐蚀性试验测试结果如表2所示。表23种MS密封胶样品耐腐蚀性试验测试结果由表2可知，在温度为65℃试验条件下，将MS密封胶样品NT-1,NT-2,NT-3浸泡15%氯化钠水内20d后，NT-2,NT-3钢筋表面上发生腐蚀和裂纹现象、同时具有粘附力，NT-3钢筋表面上还发生发粘的现象。而MO-1双组份聚硫密封胶覆盖下NT-1MS密封胶样品钢筋表面上没有发生任何变化，对比结果表明MO-1双组份聚硫密封耐腐蚀性能强。剥落强度试验结果与分析根据GB/T528-2009规定，按照常温剥落强度大于2.5MPa、高温下剥落强度大于5MPa的标准对20℃下3种MS密封胶样品的剥落强度试验结果进行分析，如图1所示。由图1可知，在20℃下MO-1MS密封胶样品最大剥落强度3MPa，符合规定剥落强度技术标准。而MO-2,M0-3MS密封胶样品没有达到规定剥落强度技术标准。根据GB/T528-2009规定，按照常温剥落强度大于2.5MPa、高温下剥落强度大于5MPa的标准对120℃高温下3种MS密封胶样品的剥落强度试验结果进行分析，如图2所示。由图2可知，在120℃高温下MO-1MS密封胶样品最大剥落强度6MPa，符合规定剥落强度技术标准。而MO-2,MO-3MS密封胶样品没有达到规定剥落强度技术标准。综合图1,2分析结果可知:MO-1MS密封胶样品剥落强度最高，符合规定剥落强度技术标准。www.sdyuantai.com
