本文通过对目前建筑中空玻璃主要失效形式的分析，详细介绍了双道密封胶结构中空玻璃用丁基防水嵌缝胶的特性及其对插接和折弯两种型式铝条形成的中空玻璃系统水气渗透率影响，并结合两种型式的铝条在实际涂布丁基防水嵌缝胶过程中存在的问题，说明丁基防水嵌缝胶作为主密封胶在中空玻璃加工过程中应该严格有效控制。
