       聚氨酯密封胶的特性间隔条、干燥剂、聚氨酯密封胶(或复合型材料)与玻璃形成了中空玻璃的边部密封系统,对于现在普遍应用的由聚氨酯密封胶和外道聚氨酯密封胶作为密封材料生产的中空玻璃,其结构中聚氨酯密封胶作为第一道聚氨酯密封胶以其极低的水气渗透率在边部密封系统中起到关键作用,材料自身性能及加工性能(包括与玻璃的粘结密封性能及与外道聚氨酯密封胶的相容性等)直接影响中空玻璃的寿命。中空玻璃用热熔聚氨酯密封胶是一种单组份、无溶剂、不出雾、不硫化,具有永久塑性的聚氨酯密封胶。其能在较宽温度范围内保持其塑性和密封性,且表面不开裂、硬,具有优异的抗老化性。两种结构型式的间隔条对中空玻璃聚氨酯密封胶水气渗透率的影响。
