给出了3个丁基防水嵌缝胶固化物样品的储能模量E和损耗因子随温度变化的情况。如图3和图4所示,与丁基防水嵌缝胶相比,在玻璃化转变温度以下,随着丁基防水嵌缝胶加入量的增加,改性丁基防水嵌缝胶的E均有大幅度降低;丁基防水嵌缝胶加人量越多,E下降幅度越大。这主要是因为丁基防水嵌缝胶的极性小,分子间作用力弱,随着它加人量的增多,软段与硬段之间相互作用强度越弱。当丁基防水嵌缝胶的加人量达到一定值时,E过小,软硬段各自聚集,会使相分离程度增大。从可以看出.纯丁基防水嵌缝胶的tan8曲线上只有一个聚醚软段对应的凡峰,峰值为一58.6℃,损耗因子tan8值为0.95a丁基防水嵌缝胶添加量为15%时,凡约一79.8℃,tan8为0.89,且an8的峰变宽,tan8值变小,且向低温方向移动,与纯丁基防水嵌缝胶相比,凡降低了21.20C,tan8值降低了0.06,低温性变好。主要是因为丁基防水嵌缝胶的柔顺性很好,自身的玻璃化转变温度(一123℃左右)和损耗因子tan8很低,引人到丁基防水嵌缝胶链段中,使嵌段聚合物柔顺性增加,凡变小,tan8值变小;而tan8的峰变宽是因为丁基防水嵌缝胶加入后胶出现了一定程度的相分离,这种相分离还不足以形成两相体系,因此表现为一个较宽的T。峰。当丁基防水嵌缝胶质量分数为20%时,软段内部相分离程度增大,形成两相体系,tan8曲线上出现两个几,分别为一77.9℃和一93.2℃,对应的是聚醚链段和聚硅氧烷链段的玻璃化转变温度。热稳定性分析通过热失重分析(TGA)测试,研究混合二醇中丁基防水嵌缝胶的质量分数为15%的预聚体固化后的热分解稳定性,所获得的热失重曲线如图5所示。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
