硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体合成一般分两步:首先合成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体，即通过调节异氛酸醋基(一NCO)与轻基(一OH)的比例(摩尔比大于或小于l)合成一NCO或一OH封端的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体。然后合成硅烷改性PTJ预聚体，即将第一步合成的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体与化学计量的硅烷反应(硅烷过量)，生成硅烷封端的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体。若是一N封端的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体，选用含活性氢的有机官能团(羚基或氨基)的硅烷;若是一OH封端，则选用带一NCO官能团的硅烷。硅烷改性聚氮酸密封胶的合成硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶预聚体为液态流体，湿气可固化为柔软橡胶状材料，延伸率相对较低，剪切和拉伸强度也不高，在硅烷改性PI3预聚体中加人补强剂、填料、增塑剂、颜料、固化催化剂和其他助剂后得到性能优良的密封胶。影响硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的因素很多，存在于每个合成阶段，但对其性能影响较大的是原材料的选择和工艺配方。

用来制备PIJ预聚体的异佩酸醋大多为甲苯二异氛酸a(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氛酸醋(MDI)和异佛尔酮二异氛酸醋(IPDI)，其中又以TDI和MICI居多。相对来讲，以3I为原料合成的PST密封胶比以MDI为原料合成的PIE密封胶成本低，戮度低且容易控制，综合性能较优。以前C硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的制备多以iDI为原料，但因以II合成P密封胶过程中存在TICI的安全操作和挥发问题(3I毒性较大)，TDI的使用量受到限制川。近年来国外很多公司采用IVII或IPII为原料，通过对它们进行特殊改性，制得性能同样优良的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。www.sdyuantai.com
