       4种双组分聚氨酯密封胶试样最大粘结强度时的伸长率随老化时间变化的趋势见图。如图5所示,2n试样伸长率在老化初期有小幅下降,1 000 h后伸长率值基本不变;4#试样伸长率在老化初期就迅速下降,1 000 h后伸长率仅为30%左右,这可能是由于4#试样本身在配方上与其他试样有较大的差异。6,8#试样的伸长率在老化初期小幅上升,1 000 h后伸长率基本不变。经5 000 h老化试验后,2#, 6", 8"试样的伸长率值与初始值相比,变化很小。

       从前面的老化试验结果可以发现,不同品牌的聚氨酯密封胶,粘结强度、伸长率随老化时间的变化规律存在一定共性。但由于各品牌聚氨酯密封胶的配方不同,其粘结强度和伸长率也不尽相同,虽有共性,但并没有得到统一的关系曲线。因此,本文在对上述数据进行进一步分析后,提出相对粘结强度和相对伸长率的概念。其中,相对粘结强度指不同老化时间的粘结强度值与标态下粘结强度值的比值,标态下的相对粘结强度值为1;相对伸长率指不同老化时间的伸长率值与标态时伸长率值的比值,标态下的相对伸长率值为l0 8种聚氨酯密封胶的相对粘结强度随老化时间延长的变化趋势见图6。

       如图6所示,8种聚氨酯密封胶中,4#胶的曲线明显偏离其余7个试样,考虑到4"试样本身在配方上与其他试样可能存在较大的差异,剔除4}试样后,其余7个试样的相对粘结强度随老化时间变化的关系曲线交叉在一起,可以进行归一化处理。取不同老化时间下7个试样相对粘结强度的平均值,对老化时间作图,并对曲线进行拟合。同理,将7个试样的相对伸长率也进行归一化处理,以相对粘结强度和相对伸长率的平均值,对老化时间作图,可得到图7所示的曲线。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
