       4种双组分硅酮结构丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样的最大粘结强度随老化时间的变化趋势见图3。

       如图3所示,4种双组分硅酮结构丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样,经5 000 h人工加速老化试样后,粘结强度同样〕0.45 MPa,即满足标准GB 16776-2005的要求。随着老化时间的延长,2#试样呈线性下降,经5 000 h老化试样后,粘结强度值较初始值下降了约40%; 4#试样的粘结强度在老化初期大幅下降,1 000 h后下降速度减小,5 000 h时粘结强度值较初始值下降了约58%;6#和8#试样的粘结强度在老化初期小幅增加,随老化时间进一步延长又逐渐下降。随老化时间的延长,4种双组分硅酮结构胶粘结强度变化规律同样稍有不同,但从长期来看,都呈下降趋势。

       4种单组分硅酮结构丁基防水嵌缝密封胶试样最大粘结强度时的伸长率随老化时间的变化趋势见图4。

       如图4所示,1#,5,7试样伸长率在老化试验进行初期有小幅下降,1 000 h后基本不变;3"试样伸长率在老化初期小幅上升,随老化时间的进一步延长,伸长率值逐渐趋于平缓。经5 000 h老化试验后,4种单组分硅酮结构丁基防水嵌缝密封胶的伸长率值与初始值相比,变化都很小。http://www.sdyuantai.com
